  • Outer Layer (Spunbond):

Hydrophobic barrier. Repels fluids, droplets, and heavy airborne particles.

  • Middle Layer (Melt-blown):

The core electrostatic filter. Captures micro-particulates, bacteria, and viruses achieving up to ≥95% filtration efficiency. 

  • Inner Layer (Spunbond):

Hypoallergenic comfort layer. Absorbs moisture from exhaled breath for extended wearability.
